Looking for a little help?

We offer our standard three-ring, leather-like binders, at no additional cost to the hotel; upgraded binders are available for an additional price. Our directories generally contain a breakdown of guest services, a welcome letter to your guests, a room layout of the hotel property, local points of interest, and advertisers within the area, all combined into a customized product for each individual property. Our directories are custom-imprinted with your name and logo, on binders of your choice.

In the event that your hotel brand does not allow advertising, or you would simply prefer a Guest Directory with no advertising, Guest Directories offers a complete line of custom Guest Directories to fit your needs. And since each Guest Directory product is custom to your hotel, prices will vary depending on the options you choose.

If you need assistance in preparing your artwork, we can help. With our artwork department, we can layout a design for your binder, incorporating your logo and information you provide. Or we can simply typeset any copy you need (other than your logo). In either case,  you will receive a proof of the art. Ask your Customer Service Representative for more information.

High Quality Leather-like Vinyl provides long life and durability. Each binder is constructed with a top quality nickel-plated three-ring core.
